Luke's Favorite Toys (this week)
Forget all those fancy bright-colored baby toys, Luke likes pushing buttons. When he's not trying to tear apart our stereo, he's playing with his cell phone and calculator.
Cell Phone = Mom's side = Salesperson
Calculator = Dad's side = Engineer
We're encouraging Luke to be a Sales Engineer.

Mountain View Moms
Natalie has an awesome Mom's group that she hangs out with here -- usually it's just the moms, but this time the kids and dads were invited...Here's Luke hanging out with his new buddy who actually has hair.
All the kids are ~9-10 months old. Getting together gives them a good chance to show off their skills and exchange war stories of the first months of life. It's amazing we got this many kids to sit in the same place at the same time...
Learning to walk little by little...

Happy 4th of July!
Patriotic little guy...In this one you can see his 4 teeth...
We spent the 4th with some families from church at the Halls' place with lots of little kids running around. It was a wild party featuring games of Outburst and Blockus while watching Toy Story. Here's Luke and his friend Annelisse waving their flags...
Luke really likes corn too...

Day at the Beach in Santa Cruz
Today we went to Santa Cruz to hang out downtown and relax on the beach.
He loves the sand, but we tried not to let him eat too much of it.

Luke dressed up nice and made mom a cool card for mother's day.
He even picked a flower to give to his mommy.

Steph's Graduation Weekend
Luke got to ride in a plane again up to Seattle. After 6 months of training, he's become quite a savy traveller...
After meeting up with Stephen, Lori, and Nick, they drove down to Salem, Oregon for the graduation.
And Luke had another room to explore at Steph and Caleb's place.

Luke's Twenty-Ninth Week
Luke had his "6 month" doctor appointment yesterday. He's 27 inches long and 17.4 pounds. Tall and skinny like dad. One tooth has come in and he's loves to eat carrots, rice cereal, papaya, peaches, pears, bananas, prunes, sweet potatoes, and broccoli so far. Here's 13 pictures from this week...
